Girls Be Ambitious

A program that enables girls who are unable to go to school due conditions of poverty to attend one of our rural schools and receive an education instead of having to work in the fields, do chores at home or take care of siblings.

Boeurn Sreynoch

Boeurn Sreynoch is a 10-year-old student in 4rd grade at The Kirivorn School in Kirivorn village, Steng Chhay commune, Kompong Seila district, Koh Kong province.

Sreynoch has three siblings, two sisters and one brother, and she is the youngest child in family. Her parents are farmers who own about one hectare and half of farmland. Besides growing rice, he grows cucumber to earn more money. Their income is $75 per month. Sreynoch has to help her mother to do housework every day.
