Girls Be Ambitious

A program that enables girls who are unable to go to school due conditions of poverty to attend one of our rural schools and receive an education instead of having to work in the fields, do chores at home or take care of siblings.

Mut Bonna

Bonna is 12 years old and she is a student in grade 7 at The Green Family School in Takeo province, Kirivung district, Angbrasat commune, Angbrasat village.

There are five members in her family. She has got two parents, one brother and two sisters includable her. Bonna is a first child in her family. Her family is poor, does not farmland, her mother is housewife and her father has worked as a day-to-day laborer in village who he can earn income 30,000 Riels per day. Parents of Bonna have not enough money to support school supplies during Bonna is studying.

Bonna always goes to school and comes back for an old bike ride. Furthermore, Bonna usually does housework and takes care the younger brothers and sister every day after school and days off.

Bonna wants to be a teacher when she grows up. She loves an employment very much. Moreover, she would likes to teach all the students in the rural villages to have higher knowledge to become center-row of the nation and also progress the nation towards perfect human resource. Furthermore, Bonna would loves to earn money to support her family in the future when she is going to succeed in her aspiration.
