Opening Ceremony

 


A seven-member delegation from Tsukuba Forum of Japan arrived at the school they funded for the dedication ceremony held on 20th January 2006. The school donors visit the World Links classroom in which 16 laptops were linked the Internet by a satellite dish uplink next to the school. The program is funded by the Japan Social Development Fund through the World Bank.
