Nourn Minear is 14 years old and is in the sixth grade at The Soma School.
| On her class: | “I am ranked 13th in my class of 26 students.”

| On her family: | “I have three brothers. Two of my brothers are also studying here with me at this mew school. My youngest brother is only six months old and does not study yet. Both of my parents are farmers.”

| On the new building: | “I am happy with the new school building because it is very nice. When I was studying in the old building, I was always afraid that the building would collapse.”
|
| On school subjects: | “I like coming to school because I like to learn. I like to learn all of the subject because they will give me great knowledge.”
|
| On her future: | “When I grow up, I want to be a doctor so can cure my grandmother and grandfather who are ill.”
|
| On her hobbies: | “When I have free time, I like to read and help my parents. When I meet my friends I like to read with them. We also like to gather and care for flowers.” |
