Mr. Heang Sameng is the chief of Bos village, where the Damrei Phong Nippon Foundation School is located. Two of his six children go to the school.

| On the new building: | “I think that the new building has improved the village because the old building lacked tables and was going to collapse. This building is permanent and means that we don’t have to worry about building a new one. It has made it easer for the students, since they do not have to worry about the building collapsing. I like the building very much because it looks nice. The students study hard, too.” |
