Va Vannak is an 11-year-old boy attending the fourth grade at the QA School.

He is currently ranked 10th in a class of 36 students. He has five sisters and five brothers. He is the youngest child of 10-members family. Two of his siblings also attend the QA School.

“I like to study mathematics because I want to become a clever man who can calculate very accurately,” he said.

“When I grow up, I want to be a teacher because I want to teach the next generation.”

“At free time or break, I like to play soccer and volleyball. During days off, I take water for daily use in my house or go to the field to take care of my buffaloes.”
